ReneGait offers our clinicians and home use customers a full refund for Spartan devices purchased on this website within 30 days of purchase; the item must have a pre-approved Return Authorization number from our customer service department clearly marked on your returning package, and the item but be unused and no damage has been done to the device.
In the event, you receive your Spartan order and there have been damages incurred in shipping, please notify our customer service office as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for a replacement to be sent and provide the RA number for your damaged item returning to our ReneGait offices.
Should any part or component of the Spartan device break during normal use, ReneGait will repair or replace it for you under our 1-year warranty terms. After one year from the date of purchase, the customer is responsible for the purchase of all replacement parts.
